SDK.finance, a European-based core payment platform is looking for an IT recruiter to join the HR department. We consider any form of cooperation, registration as a staff member in Lithuania/freelance/contract.
What you will do
- Active search for candidates in Lithuania and EU countries;
- Work with technical and non-technical vacancies;
- Drive the full cycle recruitment process (from searching to closing a vacancy);
- Provide analytics and statistics on request.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience;
- Ability to drive the full cycle recruitment process;
- English – fluent;
- Russian or Ukrainian – upper-intermediate;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to follow up on the commitment within the agreed deadlines.
Compensation – €1,000-1,300 (net)
