SDK.finance, a European-based core payment platform serving clients across the globe is looking for DBA.
The database specialist will be responsible for developing and deploying new database solutions, as well as providing support for existing databases and applications.
Requirements:
- 3+ years MongoDB and PostgreSQL experience;
- Experience working with cloud platform technologies and Linux;
- Experience in building clustered instances of PostgreSQL and MongoDB;
- Experience in high availability and high-load;
- Strong self-sufficiency and initiative working on database projects;
- Self-motivated and directed, with a high level of attention to detail;
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
- Ability and desire to learn and grow your skills in the DBA world.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and configure MongoDB and PostgreSQL instances;
- Installation, configuration, data schema design, database optimization;
- Help developers with complicated queries;
- Keep clear documentation of the database setup and architecture;
- Ensure that the databases achieve maximum performance and availability;
- Promote data quality and enforce data integrity.
